Recommend me $59-$100 psu

I am going to build a budget pc for my brother. But I have trouble finding a good yet cheap psu. Right now my choice is the Corsiar CX 750M
Could you guys recommend me better?

If you can spend the extra $10 I would get the Corsair RM650. Unless you absolutely need the 750W the RM series is super quiet. The fan on the PSU does not start until the there is at least 40% load on it. High quality caps and fully modular is amazing!
