Question Recommend me a budget 144hz monitor

Im currently gaming only and im looking to buy a cheap 144hz monitor and best one i could think of is xl2411p, safe option and its not expenisve, $230. Any options are helpful and only thing i need is for it not to have those big wide egs like all newer asus monitors do because my table isnt big enough and i dont want to sacrifice mousepad space
