Title says it all :)

Here are my specs:

Intel Core i3 3240 3,4Ghz

Solution
Get the i7 if it is in budget, it'll remove any chance of an issue for not much extra, and will happily feed up to 1080ti, the i5's are starting to struggling on CPU-thread heavy games.

I'd estimate that the i7 would last for 2years longer than the i5 before it starting to affect performance. This is purely based on heavier thread usage causing problems for the i5. (i'm using an i5 3570k and am happy with it, but a few games struggle unless i free up a core.)

Yeah i missed that haha Sorry 😀 Budget is somewhere between 100-150 euros

Thanks! So one more question, i was just wondering is there a big difference between (for example):
Intel Core i5-3570K and Intel Core i5-3570?

It's a 5 yr old processor so partpicker doesn't really help

What about an i7?

Surprisingly they are not that much more expensive, here is one for only 140 euros and its new
