Recommend me a good CPU cooler

Ok, so the cooler that came with my pc is really loud, and because of that i im considering buying a new one for it.
So if you know a good coller model that:
-Is quiet, especially when it is spinning fast (~5000 rpm)
-Cool the CPU properly (obviously)
-And isnt expensive

Please recommend it to me!

The processor is an AMD FX-4300 X4 AM3+ 3.8GHz, the motherboard is an ASUS 980DE3/U3S3 AMD760G and the case is an Coolermaster K380.
