Recommend me a laptop - $1200 AUD - 3D Design , Light gaming etc

Hi,
I am after a laptop which is capable of 3D Modeling in Fusion 360, general internet browsing, some , I may get nostalgic and play some old school games etc..
My budget is around $1200 AUD.
I want full size keypad, backlit keys desirable.

My partner has a Dell inspiron 15 5100 (i7 8GB ram Radeon R5 M430) , although i have only started on fusion 360 it seems to handle everything well so am considering this unless there is some better value for money.

You do not have many options.

Consider some Ryzen-5 laptop to get the best value.

like Lenovo Flex 14 or the Asus Vivobook 15.

They could be your bang for the buck.

Neither of those laptops are full sized keyboard and im not really interested in 2-in one or touchscreen..
I am a bit flexible with my budget, and would also concider refurbished if it means getting a superior machine

What you're looking at is a gaming laptop which is not meant for portability or business use.

Check out this: Acer Aspire E15

It is adequate for your needs.

There's nothing better you can get under 1000.
