Recommend me one between ROG Zephyrus G15 (2021) and Strix Scar 15

Scar 15: Ryzen9 5900HX

GPU:
Zephyrus G15: RTX 3070 up to 1390mhz (80W can be boosted to 100W)
Scar 15: RTX 3070 up to 1660mhz (115W can be boosted to 130W)

RAM:
Zephyrus G15: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (16GB is soldered on every model right? And there's one SODIMM slot for dual channel upgrade to 32 GB? Because I can't find a rtx3070 model with 32gb out the box. Or does the 3070 model come with 8gb soldered on and I need 24gb in slot?)
Scar 15: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz and x2 SODIMM slots.

Screen: QHD 1440p 165Hz both


Mainly want to use for gaming and medium level work. Is the 3080 model of either worth it? I heard it's not. Something about zephyrus g15's 3080 being the same die and Watt as it's 3070 model and don't know why in scar 15.

Also scar 15 has an optical mech keyboard and a touchpad with integrated numpad. Don't know what that means nor do I know which is better.

And there are more ports in zephyrus g15 than scar 15 but I am not sure which ones matter.

And finally, there's a strix g15 scar? I thought strix g15 was a completely different model called advantage edition or something and there was a strix g17. What's a strix g15 scar?
