[SOLVED] Recommend me PSU for Ryzen 7 2700X and RX Vega 64

I am making a new PC with following components:

MB Biostar AM4 X470GTQ, PCIe/DDR4/SATA3/GLAN/7.1/USB 3.1 or
GIGABYTE AM4 B450M S2H

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz Box

RAM DIMM DDR4 2x8GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance...

SSD M.2 128GB Patriot Scorch NVMe 1700/415MB/s, PS128GPM280SSDR or SATA3 SSD Biostar 240Gb

HDD 3.5" SATA3 5400 2TB WD Red WD20EFRX, 64MB

GFX AMD Radeon RX VEGA 64

PSU 800W Raidmax Vortex RX-800AE-V 80PLUS GOLD or
700W Thermaltake Smart RGB 80 plus or some other manufacturer, as you recommend

Which PSU should I take? Also which MB should I get as well? If you have other suggestions let me hear them please!
I will use PC for Windows and Linux, and both gaming and software such as Photoshop and Blender.
I know Vega 64 isn't really new GFX card, but I'll get one for about $250 in local currency so I suppose it's a good deal.

I wouldnt spend more than $90 (9000 dinars), perhaps. Maybe even $100 (10000 dinars), but I dont want to overclock.

I see is there any other websites? I would keep in mind how important it is to have an efficient PSU, rather than a crummy PSU that may kill your system.
