Recommend PC for easy software

Hi, I’m looking for a PC that can run some heavy programs like CAD, I wasn’t too sure on what I'd need, I'd like something that I wouldn't need to build, also on a low budget! Thanks.

Many fast cores + a lot of RAM (32GB+) + large SSD. You may also need a professional grade GPU for faster rendering in 3D (if used).
