After looking at all the available prices at both the retailers I could find in Argentina and on Amazon Spain, I think I came to the same conclusion that a CPU that fits your current board MIGHT be the best option. Again, the biggest problem here is going to be finding one within your own country, if you can, to avoid the problems with customs. Ebay shipments from outside your country will be subject to customs processing so if you can find an i5-2500 or i7-2600, or any of their variants, that probably is the best option without investing a bit more than you'd like to, much as both Vic and nonsense have recommended.

For about 5281 peso or thereabouts, you could probably get into something much newer, but of course not everybody can...

Ok! Thank you, there is no problem that it is used right? i5-2500k its ok? or only 2500 is worth?

Im from argentina, like 200usd or some like that, less if its posible

I try to buy in a website called mercadolibre, but sometimes its too expensive buying here, if the price are way better i can order from amazon europe (amazon usa dont make shipments to argentina)

There is no Amazon Europe. There is Amazon France, Amazon Deutschland, Amazon Italia, Amazon Spain and Amazon UK, but there is no general just EU that I can see. EU is a combination of all those places. Which of those do you think works best for you?

That must be a new policy with Amazon because I used to have a member from Argentina that I helped from time to time that ordered through the regular Amazon US website and although he had to pay ridiculous shipping as you might expect, he was able to do so. You sure on that?

What about Amazon Mexico? https://www.amazon.com.mx/

That would seem to be the closest. I don't know if they ship to Argentina though anymore than the US does if you are correct.

Yes yes, i know, i say Amazon Europe to generalize, all of that works here, i search in Amazon spain, UK and maybe Deutschland, i never buy on amazon but i read that all work the same, it is difficult to buy abroad, the easiest way to buy is in amazon spain, uk or any of europe, I think amazon usa does not do shipping through the global amazon method, which is what I need, to receive it in my home and not at customs (customs makes your life impossible to withdraw products), the possibility of bringing it through a private courier to your home was implemented about 1 year or less, also, I can only buy directly from amazon (that the product is sold by amazon), since that way you can do international shipping, as I said international shipments to Argentina are difficult due to problems with customs and all taxes there is to pay, for all that I prefer to buy at www.mercadolibre.com.ar even though sometimes the price can be 50% more expensive, so I have no choice but to buy it in amazon

Do you have a case that will accept a regular ATX motherboard or do you have a smaller case that will only take a micro-ATX (ATXm) motherboard?

The reason I ask is that your current motherboard is a micro-ATX board, so I don't want to recommend something that would REQUIRE you to change cases unless you wanted to.

Oh idk if the case supports atx it is a random case with no brand, the case have 7 slots for pci-express, that means it support atx right?

This image shows the mounting holes for microATX and ATX. Just check to see if your case has ALL of the holes that correspond to ATX, or if only has the ones for microATX. If it has the ones for ATX then some of the holes will currently be unused since you have a microATX board installed. There should be three additional motherboard mounting standoff locations aside from those currently being used for your motherboard if your case supports ATX motherboards.

ok i see, a little tight but it support atx

You know what, you're right, the pricing in your country has really gone to hell. I can't make anything worth upgrading to, new at least, fit the budget for a board, RAM and CPU. I'll look into what I think is the best cheap option on Amazon Spain and then you can either look into that or perhaps try to find something similar closer to you.

I'll do this tomorrow, it's pretty late here and I'm beat. I appologize, I thought I'd have something for you to consider by now.

Yeah, no problem, here is late too, tomorrow i will see if i can find something interesting and i tell you
