though you really should buy a 256gb crucial mx100 ssd. and i would avoid the green hard drives and get blues, unless its purely for media storage. your going to need a real water loop to take advantage of the maximus and xfx xtr power supply if your trying to get to 5.0ghz.... i would just get the sabertooth and save a few bucks. otherwise skip the kraken and get a 240 raystorm so you can do the maximus justice.

Way more then enough. You are talking about a system that is going to use less then 600W. Any good gold rated 750W will have room to spare.
