Recommendation for Bluetooth Dongle - Stream Music from PC to JBL Flip 3 Bluetooth Speaker

I have a PC with no bluetooth and want to stream music from PC to JBL Flip 3 Bluetooth speaker. I am running Windows 10. Can anyone recommend a high quality dongle to buy or other idea?
