Solution
Gaming with an E5200 will be very limited just due to the fact this is an older dual core CPU. However, the biggest issue you have is that there really is no dedicated graphics card option that would pair with a 250W power supply. To be honest your best option is to replace the entire PC if you need to upgrade your graphics. Those models really are not made to be very upgradable. They scrape by with the absolute bare minimum to power the system in the power supply department.
what is your current one? or did you just used IGP from motherboard. but to be exact your system is quite outdated even entry level gpu like 750 will be bottleneck by your cpu. also your 250w PSU going to limit what gpu you can take unless you intend to get bigger PSU (even the lowest end gpu recommend 300w PSU actually) but to be honest it is better to build new pc entirely.
