Recommendation for my new build

Hello,
I would like to know whether my new build is good.
This is my first build.
I have not bought anything yet as i am waiting for gtx 1060 in my country,India.
Here is my build:

• 
  CPU: i7 6700 or i5 6600.
  Motherboard : Asus Z170 pro gaming or Asus H170 pro gaming.
  Graphics card : MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X maybe?
  Cabinet : Corsair Carbide Series Spec 03
  RAM : Kingston fury 16gb 2133mhz DDR4.
  Power supply: Corsair VS650W.

It would be a great help if you could recommend me a monitor as i am confused about it,my budget is around 12 - 13k INR for monitor.
I have selected LG 23MP67 and Benq RL2455HM so far.

Go with an i5 if you are just using mostly for gaming 8gb ram will be ok too, then use the savings to go towards a monitor.

If you're not going to buy a "K" model CPU, or if you don't plan to OC your build, then the Z170 board is a waste of money, as it's geared towards OC'ing.

Price difference was not that big here in my city,that's why i was thinking about buying i7.

The price difference is just 1500 INR between z170 and h170 Asus board.
That's why,i was considering Z170 over H170.
But now i am thinking about saving that extra money for a better monitor.
