[SOLVED] Recommendation for PC components -Adobe Ps Pr applic?

Current Lenovo model 10AM0007US with SSD 500GB + HDD 1TB 7200, 16GB RAM. Motherboard showing signs of failure. Need graphics card for 4k Asus monitor.
System's primary usage: "workstation" desktop for creative applications, like Adobe's Photoshop and Premiere.

I assume a case similar to my current Lenovo (above, low profile) would be ideal, but not critical.
Budget for components (no peripherals) and case: $800, maybe more.

My first time to post. Much appreciate assistance for build ideas.

Thank you for the build ideas. One concern. You include a video card for gaming. I question the need for such a high end card to execute Adobe products like Photoshop and Premiere. Can you make another suggestion for a less expensive card that still works with 4k monitor?

If you are not rendering heavy files, a 1660 should do fine...
