Does anyone have any recommendations on what my stats should be for a
novice rifleman? My mind is 500. So, when I use mind shot 2 it depletes
and I end up getting killed. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

dunno if this is the best way to do it but my mind is about 800 something
and i drink alot of brandy.
