Recommendation for Webcamera

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing a relatively inexpensive (<$100)
webcamera for instant messanging overing the internet - internet phone
and other such programs.

Logitech cameras used to be good in the past. Does anyone have any
recommendations?

The Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 is a good quality camera. Good in low
light, 640 x 480 CCD, 30 frames per second.

If you want to make it a tracking robotic webcam later, you can attach
a TrackerPod to it.
