Recommendation to buy new Asus latop, Zenbook or other serie?

Hello

Years ago I bought "ASUS ZENBOOK UX501VW-DS71T 15.6"", a good acquisition.
I am a Java/Spring developer, I use Windows and Linux (through VirtualBox).
So this laptop is good for my needs.

Note I am not a web designer, I am fine with any extra video card available from default - I prefer NVidia - therefore is not important its own RAM

Since that buy about the Asus laptop series, we have these options

• ProArt Studiobook
• Zenbook
• Vivobook

Now, is possible to buy a new laptop, so I need do a good buy, not sure if I should buy the same branch or not.
You experience and guidance is required.

• About ProArt Studiobook it seems more oriented mostly for Graphic Designers (correct me if I am wrong), so it would be discarded
• About Zenbook many of the models are based in dual screen, only few of them have one screen
• About Vivobook not sure what is the main difference(s) against Zenbook

Questions

• Should I keep the Zenbook serie?
• What is the best recommendation about Zenbook serie?
• What is the difference between Zenbook and Vivobook? Is not clear what is the main purpose of Vivobook

For the same price you might be able to buy a Lenovo with slightly better specs.

Yes Lenovo is former IBM, the build quality is top.

May I ask where are you located and what is your budget?

If the buyer is US based, I would recommend this laptop brand too

As your budget is quite generous, I think a gaming laptop from Alienware brand is a very good choice.

Thanks for both for the replies, remember the laptop is going to be used for developing purposes, Java/Spring, VirtualBox for Linux. The Lenovo model shared seems interesting.
