Question Recommendations for 2 RGB fans.

I'm thinking about buying some RGB fans for my case. My budget is $20-30. I would also prefer fans that I can control on the RGB with a software.

does your motherboard have 3 pin aRGB or 4 pin RGB headers?
if so which type, how many, and where are they located?
