Question Recommendations for a 21-24inch adjustable stand 1080p monitor?

2. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (ex. Games, Movie Watching, Photo Editing, etc.) Watching Videos, Office Work, Coding, Excel Spreadsheets

3. What resolution and screen size do you want? at least 1080p, 24inches or less, preferable 21-22inches, but can work with 24in

4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.) 75 Hz

5. How much are you looking to spend? less than $200

6. Brands Preferred (ex. Samsung, Acer, Asus, AOC, HP, Viewsonic, etc. )

7. Brands Not Preferred (state reason why) LG, based on previous experiences with their products

9. How Many Displays Can Your GPU Support Maximum? And what GPU and driver version are you using if applicable? RX 570, can support up to 5 monitors - 3 x DP, 1 x DVI-D, 1 x HDMI

10. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc). DP

11. Is This Monitor A Primary Display Or A Secondary Display? Primary Display, have an old Dell S199WFP to use as a secondary display

I also want this monitor to be height, pivot, tilt, and swivel adjustable. Reason being, desk space is pretty limited, and the setup need to be flexible.

I'm thinking either the ASUS VA24EQSB or ASUS VA24DQSB, but don't really understand how the VA24EQSB is cheaper, even though I think it's a newer model. The EQSB also seems to have higher max brightness as well as lower power draw. Am I missing something here?
