Recommendations for a budget z97 Mb

I need to upgrade the board on one of my pc's and was thinking it might as well be a z97. Ideally I dont want to spend more than £100, but if I need to go slightly over for a good one then its not a problem.

At the moment its only going to house an i3 4340 1150, but my i5 4670k may be spare soon so I will put that in. I will not be overclocking it, but may in the future so would like the new board to handle a mild overclock.

Also there wont be any heavy gaming on this machine, but again would like it to handle mild gaming with single gpu so I dont need one with sli or crossfire support.

Basically I'm looking for the best z97 board under £100 that can deal with light gaming and mild overclocking.

The msi z97 g3 looks really good. I think its between the msi gaming 3 and the gb z97 d3h. I'm leaning towards the gigabyte because Ive had them in the past and liked them, the msi looks better and has better onboard audio, but I have no experience with msi. Which would you guys choose?

There is no doubt Gigabyte is one notch above MSI. But that doesn't mean MSI is average or poor. That particular board I suggested because of great price £79.99 for a Z97 Gaming Motherboard.
