Recommendations for a computer monitor

So I am looking for a 200$ 22" monitor. I don't care if it it is LED or LCD I just want the best screen I can get with 200 dollars. My idea of a good screen would probably just be good coloring and crisp display. I am not very picky with which monitor I get so whatever you all recommend I will be more then glad to go with.

If you don't have speakers, and can squeeze out another $10, this Samsung is a nice monitor.
