Question Recommendations for a new graphics card (Nvidia) ?

I currently have aging GV-N570OC ( Nvidia GTX 570) which has served me well. Looking for something a bit more modern to play Mortal Kombat 11 etc. Preferably Nvidia.

Current PC Specs
Gigabyte Z390 gaming motherboard
i5 Processor
32GB DDR4 memory
Stealth X Stream 2 700W PSU

Which exact processor. The choice is relevant to choose a card. Fast CPU's provide pre-rendered frames to the GPU, if it is weak, then your GPU may be waiting a lot on the CPU.

Apologies, it's a i5 8400 Coffee Lake.
Budget wise, it depends on the gains. £200 - £250 or would pay more slightly more if significant difference in spec for a £100 more.
