Question Recommendations for a new monitor ?

I'm in UK, and just built a new PC, AMD Ryzen 9 7900 based, with a 16GB Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming OC GPU.

I'm now looking for suitable monitor with the following specs:

• 4K IPS monitor
• 100Hz or better
• 27” / 28" could go bigger but price jumps significantly at 30"
• DisplayPort or HDMI

I don't particularly need built in speakers

I don’t do any gaming, this is primary display for video editing (DaVinci) and image processing (Lightroom), as well as normal MSOffice apps.

I don’t want to spend silly money,(less than £500) so looking for recommendations of models or manufacturers. I am not fixated on any particular make - but want a major manufacturer, to ensure driver support and longevity.
I currently use a pair of Dell 24" P2422H monitors, these are reasonable IPS displays but limited to Full HD (1080p) 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz.
