Because of an illness i have a hard time using mechanical keyboards that activates almost just by looking at it. I mistype hitting wrong keys around the key i wanted to press.
Also i use low profile or even chiclet keys. I dont like big normal keys. Currently i have a Corsair K70 RGB mk2.
What keyboard with RGB and low profile/chiclet keys and longer key travel before activate can you guys recommend?

Edit: I've been looking at Logitech G915 lightspeed tactile.
Wont tactile keys give a a little bit better control over my typing compared to my current linear low profile cherry keys?

Honestly, while I don't know the exact details of how your illness is affecting your typing, I suspect you're going in absolutely the wrong direction. You may not like big normal keys, but low-profile keys are, by the very nature of low-profile keys, going to have *less* key travel than standard keys. If you need more key travel and more accuracy, I think the approach that would do better for you is normal keys with a heavy tactile switch like Cherry Tactile Grey or Outemu Sky or Kailh Heavy Burnt Orange.

If you must have a low-profile keyboard, I'd consider getting a Keychron K1 or K3 -- hot-swappable low-profile keyboards are kind of rare so there aren't a lot of choices -- and putting in a set of Kailh Low Profile Burnt Chocolate Orange switches.

You're unlikely to find an out-of-the-box solution with heavy tactile keys, low-profile, and as much travel as possible. Low-profile keyboards are designed and marketed towards people who want fast switches with little travel, which is the opposite of what it sounds like you need.

Hey there,

I have the K70 RGB MK2 and I love it. I haven't swapped out the original switches yet (low profile Red) though, so can't say if changing them out further might help.

What about the Logitech MX Keys? I've seen quite a few reviews on it, and it's getting good ratings, Worth considering? : https://www.logitech.com/en-eu/products/keyboards/mx-keys-s-wireless-keyboard.html

You seem to be right. My current keyboard has an actuation point of 1.2 mm and normal red switches are at 2 mm but that logitech low profile also has 2mm like the normal switches and also tactile.
I suffer from general anxiety disorder so my hands are a little bit shaky.
