Question Recommendations for an "on-ear" camcorder ?

I looking for recommendations for a camcorder to wear next to my ear so I can record on bike or in the car looking through the windscreen to record a journey. Something like this here. Would be nice with resolution to record number plates. Can't find any reviews for UK. I usually buy on Ebay. Pay about £100. Many thanks.

Looking at AmazonUS, I see several by the brand name Ordro.

I was looking at the previous links, seems those would not be overly stable attached to one's noggin while riding a bike.

Is the idea for the camera to look where the rider is looking? Used Go Pro on helmet mount maybe?
