Hey everyone, I'm considering updating my computer and would like peoples opinions and recommendations on what pieces I should buy to get the best bang for your buck. So far I have a GTX 970 and would like to get everything else bit by bit.

If you can list some great budget friendly pieces (~$1,000) as well as the top of the line to go for I'd appreciate it since I'm currently having to be forced to play The Division on the lowest settings and locked at 30 fps.

It'll be over the course of a few weeks so unless I have absolute terrible luck and they go faulty that quick I think I'll be fine.
