Hey there,

I'm upgrading a Lenovo TS 140 and tried to drop an MSI Radeon RX 480 (4G) [http://a.co/iqVVB5F] into it. Doh! It doesn't fit!

My fault, I know, should've done more careful research... So, I need some recommendations for similarly priced and similarly performing GPUs that will fit into my TS 140.

Also, I've already upgraded other components -- put in a 600W EVGA power supply, have 12 GB ECC RAM, a SanDisk Extreme Pro 960GB SSD hard disk, and am using this monitor:
AOC G2460PF 24-Inch Free Sync Gaming LED Monitor, Full HD (1920 x 1080), 144hz, 1ms [http://a.co/3KXmSaM]

Please let me know if there's more information I need to provide.

Thanks!

I have a case very similar to that from 2011, I could fit a graphics card that is the size of a Rx 460 (2 fans). If you want to put a card like a 3 fan graphics card or a very long card like a gtx 1080 then you're screwed. You don't have to use a mini card, just make some space like i did with my previous cards. I know it might be hard to put some cables in but you're just gonna have to do it it you want a big gpu in your build. If you don't wanna go through the trouble of putting a big gpu into your PC, then buy a wider and bigger case for it.

Update:

Tell me the measurements of the PC and i'll estimate if it will fit or not.

Got it figured out. I was able to fit in (it's suuuuuper tight!) the GPU I bought actually, the MSI Radeon RX 480 (4G). First I had to remove a HDD slot/metal casing I wasn't using. Then, unplugged two SATA cables and the front USB connection, to get the GPU in. Got GPU connected, and reconnected SATAs, but HDD slot will have to stay out and the front USB will have to stay disconnected. But hey, it works!

Your input helped, thanks a bunch:)
