Hello! I have been researching for a while to build my first PC, and this is the part list I have come up with so far:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LtwYkd

CPU: Intel - Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor ($264.89 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Corsair - H100i PRO 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver - 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver 3.5 g Thermal Paste ($6.39 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus - PRIME Z390-A ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($182.49 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($89.99 @ Newegg Business)
Storage: Samsung - 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($149.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus - GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB ROG Strix Gaming OC Video Card ($729.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair - SPEC-OMEGA RGB ATX Mid Tower Case ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($96.98 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft - Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit ($99.39 @ OutletPC)
Wireless Network Adapter: Gigabyte - GC-WB867D-I PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi Adapter ($35.90 @ OutletPC)
Monitor: Dell - S2417DG 23.8" 2560x1440 165 Hz Monitor ($379.70 @ OutletPC)
Keyboard: Corsair - K95 RGB PLATINUM Wired Gaming Keyboard ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $2405.58

The list looks pretty good to me, but I would love any recommendations, maybe about how I could bring the price down a bit without making major sacrifices, or incorporate a bit more rgb.
I would be using this mostly for gaming, but also for schoolwork, maybe a little video editing and 3d modeling, and possibly AI in the future.

Sorry if its too late, but you might be able to benefit from downgrading the keyboard to the K63, maybe downgrading the ram to a cheaper option, and maybe downgrading to a different monitor that is still 2k.
