RECOMMENDATIONS for my new setup

I'll buy my new setup this month and I have some doubts. My GPU will be a Ryzen 2700 (gaming, render and streaming) and for VGA I would go in 1080ti (U$785). I'm looking to play on a 144hz @ 1440p monitor and G-sync is more expensive like everybody knows. The Strix Vega 56 is U$550 and a freesync monitor is cheaper. My doubt is: the vega 56 will be enough to a 144hz @ 1440p monitor if its possible to use the vega 64 bios or I go to 1080ti on a normal 144hz @ 1440p monitor without g-sync? I'll play competitive games like battlefront 2, bf 1, dota 2...

thanks for the reply. So the the monitor without g-sync will not a problem in my multiplayer gameplay with a 1080ti?

oh ok! it will be my first 144hz monitor and "high-end" setup and I afraid to spend my money in wrong parts. Since I live in Brazil, wrong choices don't is a option, we work like a hell here to amount some money,
