Recommendations for wrist fitness devices/pedometers?

So, I've been using a WeGo Hybrid for a couple of years now. We picked them up on closeout, but now the wristband on mine is just about shot (rubber is split down the middle so the slightest nudge undoes the clip). We'd rather not spend too much on new ones, but I'm wondering if our desired features is going to force us to anyway.

What we're looking for:

  • Must be able to be worn on the wrist. For me, it's much more accurate to wear it on my wrist than on my belt. For my wife, if it's only available to pin to your belt or purse, she won't use it, because it won't work for her.
    ■ decent battery life (would like at least a week, although 2-3 like the current model would be preferable)
    ■ display on the device lets you cycle between the current time & your steps; mileage & Sleep modes would be nice, calories burned & time active are completely optional. Yes, that means actual letters showing up on the display, not just a bunch of dots.
    ■ Alarm feature would be nice, but no beeping allowed.
    ■ Progress compared to goals must be done through the associated application, & must allow the user to personalize them. I'll maybe accept an application that sets preassigned goals, provided that a) the goals match up with our existing goals, or b) are automatically adjusted based on our actual activity levels.

My cousin uses this http://www.mi.com/en/miband2/ , it's quite cheap, and I think it nails all of your points (don't know about the last one though). From his experience, he likes it and recommends it.
