After years of having no choice but to dwell within the confines of console gaming, I have acquired the funds necessary to construct a gaming PC. After Fallout 4 was announced, I had to. My budget is $800, including the operating system. I am looking to achieve at least 40ish+ FPS with high to ultra settings on the latest, greatest titles. I will, for the time being, be gaming in no resolution greater than 1080p.
