I want to get a label printer to print labels for file folders along with address labels and other types of label that might fall in between. I have always used Word for text and layout and Avery sheets for labels, but i am finding that I only need to do maybe a couple of address labels and maybe 6 file folders at a time. So, I sometimes end up wasting the balance of the sheet of labels that I was using. My concern is that I need to be able to change the label tape in the machine when I want to print a different size label. i also want to be able to print on clear background in addition to plain white in different widths.
So, who would you recommend. Oh, it would be nice for the unit to be able to have a small keyboard to print one at a time and also have the ability to print from the computer when I have a long list of items to print.
