Question Recommendations on buying a refurbished laptop ?

Hello community! So after 6 years I have decided I need to buy a new laptop. I have a MSI MAG322GQR 31.5 monitor, and my budget for my laptop is between 800 and 1200. Since I want a gaming laptop, I have been looking into refurbished options, but I really can't make up my mind. I will give the link for four options I am watching on eBay. Please feel free to provide other options out of these four. Currently I play Apex Legends mainly, but I'd like to play more demanding games as well.

A desktop PC is not an option, since I travel and I'm looking to be a digital nomad in the near future. (An important fact I believe is that the Acer ones are sold by Acer, which gives me some extra reliability over the other sellers).

Another question: Is the frequency of the laptop important when using a 165mhz monitor? So if the laptop I buy goes up to 60mhz but with a rtx 3060, will I be able to get 165mhz in my monitor? Thank you!
