That motherboard doesn't work with Ryzen 3000 out of the box.
Are you able to get the vendor to update the bios for you?

If not, and you still wish for an affordable mobo, look to Msi's B450 MAX, or their B450 with advertised bios update feature.
There are other B450 brands, but I'm not familiar with them - Msi's are much easier to remember.
