Hi guys, I was doing a slow upgrade on my rig, but we're now expecting TWINS! So, my slow process of upgrading just kicked into afterburner and I want to get upgrades to last at least a few years.

My current rig has an AMD FX-6350, an MSI motherboard, and a 1TB HDD. Obviously DDR3.

I just bought:
Gigabyte Gaming G1 GTX 1070
Samsung SSD 500GB
EVGA NEX750B

I'm looking at getting y'alls advice on any other choices you might make keeping the list under $900. I really only want the option to SLI which is why I chose the motherboard I did on that site. The PC will be mainly used to game and some basic home functions. Web browsing, word, streaming movies/videos, and music with the option to later do some light video editing.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Combined with the parts you already have the total system should be a real powerhouse!
For the sake of economy: Drop to an i5 6600K, boost the RAM speed to DDR4 3000/3200 and unless you intend some serious overclocking, loose the H100 and go for a tower air coolers: The Cryorig H5 is a strong, fairly inexpensive part but is quite large while the ubiquitous Coolermaster Hyper 212 is good enough for stock speeds and can handle a little OC goodness without getting too loud.

I had tossed around the idea of the i5 6600k but not knowing the future trend I figured I'd shoot for the i7. I had that cooler master hyper 212 on there and again, decided I want to overclock, so it's insurance and my case will support the radiator. I'm quite clueless when it comes to overclocking but I want to get into it. I'll look into the higher speed ram.
