I'm looking to upgrade and wondering what I should upgrade next!

Cpu: i7 7700k
Gpu: Asus Dual GTX 1070 OC edition 8gb
Mobo: CyberPower Z270 SLI Xtreme
CPU Cooler: Corsair h60 liquid cooling (120mm)
Ram: (Geil?)16gb DDR4 RAM at 2133mhz (2x8) Dual-Channel (clocked at 2133 because xmp at 2400 causes worse performance)
Storage: 240GB WD Green SSD + 2TB SATA III Hard Drive Combo
Psu: 700 Watts - Enermax Revo DUO 80+ Gold
Keyboard: Logitech G610 orion red
Mouse: Zowie EC2-A
Headset: HyperX Cloud II
Monitor: BenQ XL24II
Gaming Chair: Wooden POS x450, jkjk

I want to continue upgrading because I somehow am not getting the performance that I am looking for and I'm looking for opinions on what I need to upgrade next? Thank you ahead of time!

And what issue are you having? when doing????
temps on cpu/gpu?

Issues were random FPS drops and or Microstutters while playing games. Cpu temps while gaming 60-70C never above 75 | Gpu temps while gaming 50-60C never above 65.

What games? monitor make and model? window 10? games on the ssd or the hdd?

Games: CS:GO, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Rocket League, Garry's Mod, Rust. Monitor: BenQ XL2411. OS: Windows 10 Home. Games are on hdd (tried moving them to ssd and they ran worse) p.s. sorry for not answering these questions in my initial question!!

Running worst on ssd? how full is the drive? might want to get a better one like samsung 850 evo

what should be saved on my ssd and what should be saved on my hdd?

should any of the files in the Windows (C(ssd) such as: $SysReset, PerfLogs, Program Files, Program Files (x86), Program Data, Users, Windows, be moved to my hdd? Reminder this computer is solely for gaming.

Looking to upgrade my ram to something else, mainly because the ram I currently have seems to be an offbrand POS that CyberPower gave me (Can't find exact ram online and Userbenchmark shows its benchmark at the 60% rating overall)
