[SOLVED] Recommendations

I want to check if my M2 SSD and my 2.5' SSD are working properly without any problems.
Can you recommend to me a legit program that i can use without any risk for their health.I know about Windows Diagnostics or whatever it's called but i don't think that it's worthy.

M2: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB
2.5': Crucial MX500 1TB

Samsung make their own app to manage the disk you own, it's the Samsung Magician Tool. You can download it from here, scroll to the very end. Crucial also make their own app, the Crucial Storage Executive, which you can download from here.
