Question Recommendations.

I live in the UK and own an older HP Pavilion G6 which is starting to show its age. I'm looking for recommendations as to an up to date replacement for it.
With or without a Touch screen isn't a problem and a full size keyboard isn't a priority either. I have looked at some but I'm no expert at what I should be looking for. I generally use it for web surfing, Streaming video, downloading music and a bit of messing about with Photoshop. All suggestions will be gratefully received.
I've listed the specs below.

AMD A8 (A8-4500M quad core).
8Gb RAM.
64 bit operating system, x64 based processor.
Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz.
Dolby Advanced Audio.

I am looking for something about the same as the specs listed, like for like only newer. I don’t want to be spending huge amounts of money, Possibly somewhere around £600. The only brand I’m not interested in is Lenovo. Faulty product and very poor customer service.
