Recommended Airflow for N450?

Hey guys, i have an AMD system in the NZXT Notis 450(specs below) and the AIO water cooling is a 360mm rad and as of now i have them as intakes as well as the front three fans while the single 140mm for exhaust...i dont know how to optimise the airflow for better cooling. The rad is placed at the top.

System:
FX8350, Asus Crosshair V Formula Z, 16gb 2133 RAM, DeepCool Captain 360, Noctis 450, Asus Strix r9 390, EVGA 750G

My cpu is around 24 degrees at idle and 60 under 100% load...My gpu idles at 37 and at 100% load it reaches 90 degrees which is crazy for the type of card

The case, without side panel, so I can see the fans. That'd be a great help
