Recommended Cooler for Intel 4770K over clocked?

I decided to go with an Intel 4770k and I am trying to find the most affordable cpu cooler for it. what would you recommend for someone who is planning on over clocking.

I am trying to stay under $75 and I would prefer not to have liquid cooling because ive heard some stories about leaking and I don't want to risk it.

If you want an air cooled go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is on Newegg for $30.99, really cheap and its got great cooling efficiency, also many people use it and you wont regret that cooler, water cooling for a single radiator go for the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer or some other Corsair one that cheap.
