I am going to buy a new Intel i5 7600K processor to upgrade my Cpu from an AMD fx 8320 (As well as upgrading my motherboard and Ram) but I haven't found a suitable cooler recommendation and I have little experience here.

Can someone recommend a cooler for this processor in the range of $30 - $70.

Depends on your case and just how far you might want to take any OC. The hyper212 is 160mm tall and doesn't fit in many smaller cases or slimmer ones. If you really don't plan on pushing the cpu much, the cryorig H7 is great. Want to push it harder, the cryorig H5. If you have a smallish case, it maybe that if you really plan on pushing the cpu high OC, a AIO liquid cooler is the better option. Many cases will not fit a Noctua D14 or D15 or really any of the 120/140mm twin towers.

I personally wouldn't recommend the noctua dh-14 even though I have one. It's a FANTASTIC cooler and easy to install, but it doesn't come with PWM fans, which I find extremely annoying as the cooler is much louder than it should be when i'm not doing anything. For $15 more you can get the DH-15 that has them. If you have a smaller case though, an AIO or a cheaper air cooler is a better option. Just don't buy a 120 or 140mm AIO, they're more expensive than air coolers, perform the same or worse, and have a much higher chance of failure.

Have an h55 I've had running on a pc that's run basically 24/7 as it's got a very fast phone charger lol. Been flawless for over 4 years now. By the time I upgrade the i5-3570k it's sitting on ill prolly get a new cooler anyways. Sure it's got 2 moving parts to an aircoolers 1, but it works for what I need it for.

You realise that the i5-7600k has an LGA-1151 socket... and this cooler doesn't support this.
