Question Recommended CPU for RX 570 4GB

Hi,

I have a question. I'm building a new PC, and am thinking of playing in 1080p 60fps high or mid settings. What is the best processor for Rx 570 4gb? My mobo will be Gigabyte B450M DS3H, ram- Patriot Viper 4, 8gb 3000MHz.

Ps.: I'm thinking of R5 1600 or eventually second-hand R5 2600, and am on a small budget. But maybe something different in the similar price or lower will work great? Or maybe 1600 will be the best choice for budget gaming or editing videos? Thanks

I would think 2600 would be better.

It's hard to pass up on the good price of the ryzen 5 1600 at the moment but personally i would go with the ryzen 5 2600.Simple matter is that less problems finding compatible memory.The 1st gen had horrible ram compatibility.

In all reality with bios updates ram compatibility for 1st gen isnt bad.

The 2600 performs better and is just a better option.

I know 2600 is better, but more expensive as well, and I'm just wondering if it's worth to buy it, or maybe someone has an experience with R5 1600 and it can least my needs?

1600 is fine for your needs. It wont limit a 570 in general.
