Recommended CPU upgrade?

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my CPU so I'll be able to play BF4 when it comes out and also to gain performance in games I'm currently playing.

I currently have an Athlon II X2 270, and I want a "night and day" difference for $120 or under. Can't be over 95W since my mobo only supports 95W and under, I was thinking FX-6300?

I had a 6300 until about a week ago, and it's a great processor, it would be a night and day difference over an athlon x2, because of the speed bump, having L3 cache, and some newer instruction sets. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend it.
