Recommended DL / UP Speed for Game Hosting

Hi , im very soon to start my own Dedicated Game Hosting . I plan to host as many servers with large slots as possible, including FTPs. Im not sure how fast of internet i will need as im new to this , and theres many options to go as far as ISP's.

What would be a recommended speed for what im planning to do ?

Also , right now my speeds are ( i know , i know ) 21 Mpbs DL & 1.46 Mpbs UP

What would you recommend to be a good speed? There's so many options out there with many different speeds , and high prices.
I'm sure I could get $200.00 Internet and not have to worry about it being enough. But I'm trying to save money and still be efficient . After buying a server machine and hosting , this is getting expensive ha . Thanks in advance for your help!
