Recommended Games any kind

Hi, i finished my finals a week ago and have a lot of time on my hands and a new monitor Acer predator xb271hu got it for 400 (what a steal) and am just looking for some recommendations for games to play u can suggest anything really except some mobas as that basically is covered by league for me and mmos as i play black desert occasionally already. I plan on getting either a 1070 or 1080 when it comes out so the game can be demanding, currently running a 670 for over 4 years and finally decided to upgrade as i lag really hard during some fights in black desert.

The games I play are very large, but I very highly recommend Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal, and The Division. Those are the three latest games I have played and they are AMAZING. Open world games at their finest.

large makes no difference, i didnt hear great thigns about the division but ill probably try it with some friends when it drops to like 20 on g2a.

Been playing Indie games like

Sheltered, Rebel Galaxy, March of the Living, Road Redemption.

And Occasional Browser FPS called Contract Wars

Not played anything too serious for a while.

I have all the Walking Dead seasons, but not played them yet...

And I really want to purchase Crossout Beta , it looks like fun

All those games I mentioned do. You should see the graphics in Far Cry 4 on a huge flat screen TV. You're there in the game when you play it, it can't get any clearer.

If you haven't tried them yet, In my option the PC best games to ever be, has to be
The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series + the lost Alpha + other mods

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernoby with the Complete mod + Atmosphere
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Lost Alpha Shadow of Chernobyl mod
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky with the enhanced Factions mod + Atmosphere

Are my Favorites, there is nothing else like them. The Ai , feeling, The Cheeki Breekis, they really pull you in.

Mount & Blade series is good too.

Far Cry 4 is OK but is the same as Far cry 3, but I always feel the Far cry games are lacking Alive AI.
Same deal with borderlands.

I liked Far Cry 2 the Best , The one set in Africa but what upset me, is not one rebel was Black!
I don't think they have mobs of white rebel guys going around in pickup trucks in Africa, shooting people on sight.

I have played mount & blade series i agree it was realyl good i have staliker pyrpriat or something like that from a humble bundle long ago that i never touched i think i might give it a shot.

Yes you know mount & Blade is unique and theres nothing else that feels like them, Stalker games are the same.

Russian / eastern Europeans Devs , when they do good games they are brilliant.
Im looking forward to getting Escape from Tarkov

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat , its not as good I don't think as its more about fighting strange monsters.

Where as the First 2, with complete mods they seem more realistic to me and better for beginners.
As you encounter more bandits and factions. army etc a lot more too. And helps build the story from the start.

Does it need to be new and high-end? I'll recommend one of my favorite classics: Age of Empires III.
