I would get rid of that PSU, looks to be a very low quality unit. If you can get a good brand 500w, then something like the GTX 950 would be a good upgrade.
If you want to risk continuing to use that PSU, then dont go any higher than the GTX 750 Ti.

Yeah unless you wish to upgrade your PSU, I would go no higher than the 750 ti (because of its low power usage but still good performance).
Yes the Asus version of the 750 ti is very good, but all of them are good so I would go for whichever is cheapest in your area.
