Hi gents...

I have a ryzen 7 2700 x cpu
16 GB rgb corsair 3200 MHz
asus ROG strix x470F motherboard
650 watt corsair power supply

I feel i'm bottlenecking my whole 'rig' with my current graphics card a gtx 1050 ti, I am trying to get some advice with a replacement.

I have a budget of £400-£700, I would really like to know what a 'balanced' graphics card would be for my system.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Well "crashing" is different. Bottlenecks shouldn't cause crashing. But can cause stutters, some freezes, etc. Full crashes however are usually something else.

Having said that, you might want to consider an RX5700XT or an RTX 2060 Super.
The RX5700XT is outstanding value for performance.
If you want to stream however, the RTX would be the better way to go. However performance wise the RX would be better value.

Welcome to the forums my friend!

Monitor resolution and refresh rate?
What exact PSU model is it?

Technically there is no "balance" every system has a bottleneck, and that bottleneck changes by application. What games are you mainly playing or getting a problem in?

Can advise once we see monitor details :)

Hello Tailor,

I have two 60 hertz/1ms monitors
( iiyama ProLite B2480HS)
I will be looking to upgrade them to 144 hertz monitors soon.

I have a 650 watt power supply
( corsair TX-M 650 watt 80 plus gold certified PSU)

My pc keeps crashing on rust and other gpu intensive games.
