Hey guys, just would like you to recommend me a good graphic card for gaming(not a high-end graphic card)

I was thinking of buying the Asus AMD Radeon HD 7790 2GB. Will that be good enough?

Solution

most of it would be online-downloaded games(e.g. Sudden Attack) and some games from Steam. im looking for a standard gaming settings and resolution(medium-high). As long as it doesnt cause lag/gets stuck, its smooth and a good medium-high resolution will do

Well then the 7790 isn't a bad choice. If you can spare a little extra, The R9 270 is a pretty solid choice as far as 720p/1080p gaming goes. It will run most modern games at high settings with solid frame-rates.

The 7790 cost SGD$ 229.00 so im looking for a better graphic card with about the same price or lower and it gives a better performance than the 7790(if possible)

Does 7790 give a smooth performance for 720p/1080p resolution?

Well it depends on the game and settings you are using. The 7790 is great for less intensive games on medium-high settings. But if you're trying to play brand new high end games on max settings, it's not really going to cut it for you.

In case if im going to change my Graphic card for brand new high end games with max settings, what card would you recommend?(with the cheapest price possible)

Well it is hard to say. If you are trying to max out every new game at 1080p with 60fps~, then it will cost you at least $300usd. I still stand by the 270/270x as they give you high settings with good frame rates for around $200usd~
