Recommended Heatsink for upgrades.

I am currently upgrading my Optiplex 390, I am concerned that current cooling system will not be able to handle the upgrades.

Currently my system is running a
Pentium Duel core 2.9 upgrade to ----> Intel Core i5-2400 3.1
4 gigs DDR3 upgrade to ----> 16 gigs DDR3
ATI Radion 450 upgrade to ----> EVGA GeForce GT 730

My question is that the Optiplex has a small form factor and I need to know if the heatsink will be able to handle the new CPU or what would be a good heatsink to replace it with? If you spot any other concerns that I should take into consideration I would be happy to hear them. Thank you.

I wouldn't bother updating any SFF prebuilt , waste of funds , save for a new build.
