Recommended OBS Studio Settings?

Wanted to try out the streaming and recording world but not sure what's the recommended settings for OBS Studio.

CPU:4790k (stock)
RAM: 8GB
GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC
SSD: 1x Samsung EVO 250 GB (oS), 1x Samsung PRO 250 (games), 2TB WD Black
Monitor: ASUS VQ248QE
Upload Speed: 11mbs
Download Speed: 200mbs

I mainly play Overwatch, CSGO, and PubG.
